Donna Ennis Project Director
Donna Ennis, project director, is responsible for the strategic direction, marketing and outreach, and operations of the Georgia Minority Business Enterprise Center (GMBEC) in Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute. She also assists clients with strategic, business, and market planning; marketing research and communications; public and private procurement, finance, and operations; and business process improvement. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and business development, with emphasis on identifying company needs and matching them to the appropriate resources. Ms. Ennis also has directed marketing activities for Georgia Tech’s Center for International Standards & Quality, lean enterprise services, and the Energy and Environmental Management Center. Trained as a lead auditor for ISO 9000, she has helped companies determine their business process improvement needs and provided direction for implementing management systems and lean techniques.
Ms. Ennis has a B.S. in communications from Boston University and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University.

Maria Mar Hill Financial Business Advisor
Maria Mar Hill is the business and finance advisor for the Georgia Minority Business Enterprise Center (GMBEC). As such, she is responsible for helping GMBEC clients in business planning and development, marketing research and strategies, operations, financial planning, financial projections and access to capital through lending programs, investors’ participation, and grants and other funding sources. She also undertakes outreach efforts to attract qualified clients, partners, mentors, and other resources available to minority businesses. Previously, Ms. Hill was the lead business consultant and director of the enterprise development group for GRASP Enterprises where responsibilities included program and personnel management. She also owned her own consulting business for several years. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ms. Hill studied business administration in Barcelona, Spain, and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Florida Atlantic University. She also has obtained certification in systems administration from Oglethorpe University.

Marsha Segraves Program Coordinator
Marsha Segraves provides program and logistics support to the GMBEC and staff, maintains the MBDA online systems, coordinates information for the GMBEC Web site and conducts information research. She also serves as the first line contact to the public for the GMBEC and is responsible for all logistics related to GMBEC programs. Marsha’s previously worked for Georgia Tech’s Director of the School of Electrical Engineering and for the Director of Economic Development at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. She has attended the University of Georgia, Oklahoma City University, and Georgia State University. Marsha is currently enrolled in a pre-licensing real estate course and plans to complete her undergraduate degree in the near future.
