Incremental Energy Management System Assistance – we help you develop an Energy Plan and/or provide assistance and coaching to complete an energy management system to address the issues identified in an incremental energy management gap analysis.
ANSI/MSE 2000 Implementation Program – we help you implement a full ANSI/MSE 2000 management system for energy with training, coaching, and assessments and audits. We provide an electronic support structure to keep you in touch with our coaches and other experts; a document center and other reference materials; and chat and discussion boards. (It usually takes about 8 months, but will be considerably less if you have an ISO 14001 (environmental) management system in place.)

Utility Analysis, including rate optimization, examining bills for billing errors, developing RFPs from energy suppliers, evaluating return bids and selecting the best supplier for the organization, and help preparing contracts. We train your staff in these skills one-on-one.
