Robert Reed
Preston & Reed Sustainability Solutions
Robert E. Reed, Designer and planner with Preston & Reed Sustainability Solutions, is a third generation Atlanta native and Downtown Atlanta resident.
He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Architecture.
He is past chair of the Frazer Center, a non-profit center for adult and children with disabilities. While chair the center completed a 5 million dollar capital campaign and renovation.
Robert serves on the Advisory Board for SOUTHFACE Energy Institute’s Sustainable Atlanta Roundtable.
Robert recently co-led the community interaction and architectural guidelines portions of the Chattahoochee Hill Country Community Plan, and has recently completed design of the first project in Jonesboro’s recently adopted Historic District. In addition to his architectural work he forms partnerships to build energy efficient, historically inspired, affordable housing for students and families in inner-city neighborhoods.
